Lean Portfolio, Broad Application Range The former Ecoplex2 and Megaplex solutions have evolved into a modular two-model platform: SUMO Ecoplex2 with two loading bays and SUMO Ecoplex3 with three. Both versions support EGS loading trolleys as well as customer-specific floor rollers and accommodate a wide range of tray formats, including 600×400 mm, 800×600 mm, and smaller sizes. The Ecoplex2 remains available with various infeed/outfeed conveyor configurations and with AGV stack transfer options. Higher Efficiency, Superior Flexibility, Intuitive Operation Standardizing the platform significantly shortens planning and integration phases, enabling rapid deployment into diverse production settings - from injection molding and CNC machining to packaging and measuring applications. Despite its compact footprint, the SUMO Ecoplex2 offers large, expandable storage capacity to ensure long autonomous run times.
