Our portfolio of services and support
From the initial idea to implementation and maintenance
We offer our customers a complete range of services, from the initial idea to implementation and maintenance.-
In the concept phase: Our sales department advises you and prepares offers for practical, economical solutions.
-
Once you have placed your order: Engineering – the mechanical and electrical design of your system
-
Manufacture and assembly: We manufacture the majority of the individual parts that are required ourselves. Purchased materials are procured on time by our Procurement Department. The next step is mechanical assembly, electrical wiring and commissioning of the system.
-
Programming:
-
Documentation: Risk analysis in accordance with the EC Machinery Directive and the current standards, including manufacturer’s declaration and CE marking
-
Preliminary acceptance and training:
-
Maintenance: Maintenance and care of the automation system ensures reliability and availability and has a positive effect on service life
-
Flexibility: The functionality and/or the range of parts can be expanded at a reasonable expense
» Feasibility studies and simulations as needed
» PLC-based system control software
» Individual robots
» Camera systems
» Other processes
» Successful conclusion of preliminary acceptance and delivery
» Commissioning of the system at your site
» Training of your employees in the system
» Option of advanced training – on your system or at our premises
» Maintenance and maintenance contracts for our systems and many robot types is optionally available

Feasibility studiesThe purpose of feasibility studies is to fundamentally examine the key parameters, such as quality and cycle time. In some areas of application, there is no other option than to set up and analyse the task in advance under the most realistic conditions possible. This makes it possible to check and validate the task together with the customer prior to commissioning. Corresponding limit samples are often also produced in such a study and these are then used to assess whether the agreed quality is achieved during the acceptance of a later system.
We have our own laboratory in which we have the necessary equipment such as robots, gripping technology, image processing, conveyor technology, holders, etc. available and can therefore quickly carry out any relevant studies. -
EngineeringOur experienced and professional engineering team have many years of experience and knowledge under the belt from numerous successfully completed projects in automation with robots. We develop and design all the mechanical and electric components of our projects in-house. In some cases, it pays to investigate and verify the feasibility and constraints in a pre-engineering study in advance in order to minimise risks before the start of the project. We use SolidWorks for the mechanical design and EPlan for the electrical design.
-
Production and AssemblyOur manufacturing capacity includes a large area for machining, control engineering and mechanical assembly. Our production team manufactures a very large proportion of the individual parts for our systems ourselves according to our own design. We build and wire the electrical controls and switch cabinets for our systems according to our own design. In mechanical assembly, we assemble the systems in their entirety, adjust all components and movements precisely and prepare everything perfectly for smooth commissioning.
-
Software development and programming servicesWe configure and program extensive PLC controls with visualisations for our systems in-house.
We also offer image processing solutions, as well as programming and parametrization of various additional processes and units.
With our many years of experience in the use and programming of industrial robots, we have a thorough understanding of programming robots.
If you need programming support for your robot, please use our contact form to make an enquiry. Please be sure to mention the manufacturer and type of your robot, as well as background information on the application and task. -
Documentation and CE markingWith the CE marking the manufacturer, distributor or EU authorised representative declares, in accordance with EU Regulation 765/2008, that the product complies with the applicable requirements set out in the Community harmonisation legislation providing for its affixing.
Our systems are all subjected to a correspondingly prescribed risk assessment or risk evaluation, in which potential hazards are assessed and appropriate measures are defined. This risk assessment is included in the comprehensive system documentation that we prepare and supply with every system. This documentation also includes the operating instructions for the system and maintenance instructions. -
CommissioningAfter successful preliminary acceptance of a system, which we carry out together with the customer at our premises, our system is dismantled ready for sending and dispatched to the customer's production site.
There the system is professionally installed and commissioned. Interfaces to system components that were not yet integrated during the preliminary acceptance (e.g. machines) are created and tested. The entire automated process is tested and the agreed acceptance runs are carried out, during which the acceptance criteria are checked and verified.
