The SUMO Easyplex is a very affordable and universal entry-level solution for the automatic loading and unloading of your production process.

Workpieces are handled precisely and reliably by an industrial robot. It offers the necessary flexibility for different workpiece sizes and geometries. Workpiece-specific gripper tools ensure precise part pick-up, transfer and placement. Workpieces are stored in standardized containers that can be individually adapted to a wide variety of workpieces. These can be prepared independently of the production process and exchanged at any time during automatic operation. The device is optionally available with a safety fence or without a safety fence with a safety floor scanner. The SUMO Easyplex is easy to transport and install and can therefore be used on different machines and processes. Thanks to its simple design and easy handling, it is also suitable for do-it-yourself integration on existing machines. The EGS Smart Pad makes it easy to operate, parameterize and set up the robot cell without any programming knowledge. Production data is displayed clearly and attractively.
