The SUMO Megaplex is the ideal solution for automating your handling and production process for larger workpieces – with a very high degree of workpiece autonomy.

Workpiece handling is done with precision and reliability by an industrial robot that offers the necessary flexibility for workpieces of different sizes and geometries. Workpieces are stored in workpiece carriers, which are inserted and removed as stacks on floor rollers. Designed for correspondingly high workpiece carrier weights, the Megaplex is capable of handling larger workpieces – with a high degree of autonomy. The customer’s own existing workpiece carriers and floor rollers can be used.
